I love the Sonoma Coast this time of year. And you will as well. Bodega Bay makes for a great getaway destination. Golfers have their choice of two courses. It’s a hiker’s paradise. There’s horseback riding.

Bodega Bay also boasts a number of antique shops and art galleries. Of course, this time of year, it’s the perfect spot for whale-watching and in Bodega Bay; you’ve got your choice of sport fishing and whale watching charters. One of our favorite places to stay is the Inn at the Tides. The rooms are spacious and well-app pointed and offer sweeping views of the dramatic coast. Also, their Bay View Restaurant is noted for its winemaker dinner series. Bodega Bay is so much fun; I’m surprised the whales don’t stay overnight.
